Vitaly Gnatyuk
Vitaly Gnatyuk born and raised in Sarapul Russia. He studied sculpture at the School of Fine Arts Kungur. Initially he worked in the field of graphic arts. After 1989 began again to deal with the sculpture, so he opened his own workshop of miniature and became known in Russia for his sculptures. He has exhibited his work in Paris and Russia to Moscow, Perm and St. Petersburg. He is a member of the Association of Artists of Moscow, where he exhibits on a regular basis.
Vitaly joined the Initiative in the first symposium, this of summer 2013. At the time he finished the first two works depicted on the right hand (top and center). He came back on 2014, worked outside the dates of the symposium organised in the summer of 2014 and delivered the Rhino.
The sculptor is particularly focusing into surrealism and works with a technique involving a mosaic of colorful marble pieces joined together which he works with, as if they were a single marble block.
